The Young Organizers United To Help (Y.O.U.T.H) program now Youth To Men was created at Marietta High School in 1989 as an intervention and mentoring organization for male students at Marietta High School. Although the group membership is open to all male students, the focus of the group has been centered on African American male students
The Young Organizers United To Help (Y.O.U.T.H) program now Youth To Men was created at Marietta High School in 1989 as an intervention and mentoring organization for male students at Marietta High School. Although the group membership is open to all male students, the focus of the group has been centered on African American male students. The overall goal of the group is to encourage students to achieve at a higher level academically and socially by exposing them to the bright possibilities of their future. The group is sponsored by The Henry Arthur Callis Education Foundation, a not for profit organization, and supported by the brothers of Omicron Mu Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. of Cobb County for the past three decades.

The members of the Youth To Men group are encouraged to prepare themselves to be leaders in their schools, homes, churches, and communities. The members of the Youth To Men group are encouraged to prepare themselves to be leaders in their schools, homes, churches, and communities. The members of Youth To Men are bound together by three principles: Brotherhood, Unity, and Service. Throughout the year, the members of Youth To Men group historically, have participated in many activities such as Cobb County Special Olympics, MUST Ministries Project, Feed The Hungry Project, Project Alpha Male Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program, Tour Washington, D.C., Student Tutorial Programs, Toys for Tots Program, Tour Langley Air Force Base, High School Day at Hampton University, Free Enterprise Leadership Challenge ( FELC ) Wingate University, Pharmacy Camp Wingate University, Leadership Developement Institute (LDI) Savannah State University, YTM Career Fair, Campus tours of Southern University, FAMU, TSU, Howard University, canned food drives, cleanup, charity, and fundraisers.
